HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL FOR AN EVENT?


Usually our events are in and around Omaha, Lincoln and surrounding cities. We can do Nationwide events too but this will incur overnight charges, plus travel and hotel costs.


YES. THE ADD-ON SERVICES WE OFFER WITH A BACKDROP RENTAL ARE ARTIFICIAL FLOWERS, BALLOON GARLANDS, DESSERTS STANDS, CUSTOM SIGNAGE, ESCORT CARDS, MOSAIC NUMBERS AND LETTERS. THESE ITEMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AS STAND ALONE ITEMS AND ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH BACKDROPS, DISPLAYS, AND/OR RENTALS.

How long do you need for set up?

we need a 2 hour minium for setup/installation time. It all depends on which displays are being rented and what customizations are added. We can be more specific when we have all the necessary details.


Yes, we have a $500 minimum order requirement.

is there a minimum rental fee?


If you like it, reserve it as soon as possible. Because our items are so unique, and one-of-a-kind in most cases, it is best tO reserve them as soon as you make a decision to ensure the items are available for your date.

How far in advance should i book?


Yes, BUT WE DO CHARGE $100 FOR LOCAL DELIVERIES. This fee does include setup and teardown. There is an additional charge for this service if your DELIVERY LOCATION is outside of Omaha and it’s based on the distance traveled per trip. Additional fees may apply for item placement up stairs, with freight elevator, over long distances on foot, etc. For orders requiring drop and/or pickup before 8am or after 8pm, a $50 fee will be added to your order for each after hour trip.

do you offer delivery?


Yes, FOR BOOKINGS MADE more than 91 DAYS IN ADVANCE, THERE IS THE OPTION TO PAY a 60% non-refundable retainer OR THE FULL AMOUNT. remaining balance is due 30 days before your event date. FOR BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN 91 DAYS PRIOR TO INSTALLATION DATE, THE FULL AMOUNT is required to ADD YOUR BOOKING RESERVATION TO OUR CALENDAR.

do you require a deposit?


No, our items are priced for daily rental.

do you offer hourly rental rates?


All the rental inventory is priced individually as shown on the rental tab. For custom buildt rentals, please click on the contact tab and submit a form so we gather more details from you to be able to provide you with an accurate quote.

how much does it cost?


We understand things happen beyond your control, however, you will still be responsible for covering any and all damages that occur to the rented inventory during your rental period.

what if your items gets lost or stolen?


Dreamy displays has a no refund policy. all sales are final. Deposits, retainers, and payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for a credit.

What is your refund policy?


Yes, we allow pickup of certain items that travel well. However, our BACKDROPS and large items must be transported by Dreamy Displays.
